This is not a typical procurement presentation. It is a session that looks into the "quality of life on the job", how to improve leadership skills, how to improve teamwork and above all - how to be happier on the job. It is part of my "change management" consulting portfolio. It has relatively little to do with procurement and a lot to do with emotion management.
