Abstract:
Speaker will introduce the application based requirements for common FHE devices as well as outline the elements of packaging that will be used in system level integration for FHE. He will explain what element of traditional packaging will be eliminated from FHE applications and how FHE devices will work around the reliability and integration challenges presented by the elimination of these elements.
