One thing that is certain about the beverage industry is uncertainty. Talented producers are constantly bringing amazing new products to market and creative practitioners continue to develop interesting ways to present these products. As a result, consumers have become more adventurous, willing to try most anything these trusted providers can dream up. In this kind of a dynamic environment, figuring out the next big thing and how to best take advantage of it can be difficult if not impossible. Graduates of the School of Hospitality at Johnson & Wales University are making their mark in a variety of positions and segments in our industry.
