All operators understand how hard it is to successfully manage their business. Sales and marketing costs, operational issues, unending regulation and of course, staffing and employee issues are all daily concerns that each of us must manage. In doing so, we train our staff to provide a great experience, we test our bar staff on pour sizes, and we continually fret about sales and marketing.
