The efforts of the 2015-2016 ACA Presidential Initiative on Bullying and Interpersonal Violence generated a great deal of interest and awareness. The presenters used the Developmental Relational Counseling (DRC) model in response to this call. Conference participants will (a) examine DRC, a model that supports effective intervention by allies, advocates, and supporters of anti-bullying and interpersonal violence efforts; (b) explore the role of counselors as allies; and (c) provide a case conceptualization applying the DRC model during times of advocacy and intervention.
