With ongoing debates on the value of social justice training for future counselors, this presentation describes the results of a research study to determine the efficacy and sustainability of incorporating social justice training. The presenters will discuss findings and subsequent recommendations for developing curricula and the inclusion of social justice training based on findings that examined the impact of social justice training on graduates’ professional work in schools and mental health settings.
