Members of the ACA Ethics Committee will present as a panel on trends in ethical issues that have been addressed by the committee. Common ethical issues that will be presented include social media and technology, duty to warn and breaching confidentiality, and the appropriate referral of clients. The role of informal resolution during ethical conflicts between members will be discussed. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a question-and-answer session related to ethical standards and common concerns.
