This poster session addresses the opportunities for graduate students to get involved in the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) in regards to leadership and service. A framework is presented by incorporating five domains of leadership among counselor educators and how to use them in the process of getting involved in ACES. Informative materials and practical strategies will be provided and discussed in the session.
