The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) recently kicked off a new hiring initiative, by asking “Are You REDI?” REDI is its acronym for recruitment, engagement, diversity, and innovation. The idea is to make OPM’s hiring website, USAJOBS, easier to use and to navigate. During this session, participants will take a look at the changes, learn how use them effectively, and decide for themselves how successful OPM has been at making USAJOBS easier to use.
