This two-part program will demystify what a brand is and provide ways to strengthen and leverage your brand in your market and online. By looking at successful brands outside and inside the automotive care industry you will see how you can incorporate simple things in your business to differentiate you from your competitors. Part 2 - is a continuation and looks at your brand from the customer’s viewpoint. We will cover “what do customers really want from your business” and “is your customer service model meeting those needs”? We will look at a customer service model you can use and will explain the all-important forgotten element of GREAT customer service. We will cover the difference between customers, friends (repeat customers) and fans of your business and how to convert them.
