School leaders report that measuring the impact of blended learning is a significant challenge. Determining the right metrics to use and then understanding how to articulate results to parents, teachers and the community is increasingly important for sustainability of these initiatives. This session will share the results from a 3-year study of 9 schoolwide blended learning implementations. Participants will learn a new step by step process for using quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate the impact of blended learning on student achievement and teacher effectiveness. Additionally, we will examine how to translate your vision and success outcomes for blended learning into a message that will resonate with your community.
