Crafting a new vision for digital learning today in a school or district is a challenging process, balancing decision-making around products and initiatives with efforts to ensure that all stakeholders are on board. In this workshop, we will use the Speak Up data findings from students, educators, and parents as a guide for developing new future-facing statements that work. Participants will work in teams to craft vision statements that address key trends (mobile, blended, virtual, project-based, etc.) while at the same time honoring the concerns and needs of various stakeholders. Peer review will help to enhance the statements. Every participant will gain access to the workshop-developed statements to personalize for their own environments.
