Historically, every leader has heard that “communication” is critical for success within their company. This is absolutely true, yet one part of communication is rarely discussed and is THE most important type… effective CONVERSATIONS between everyone, whether they be leaders and followers, peer-to-peer, vendors, customers… the list goes on and on.
