Justification for Roll Forming
This presentation will show how to look at a part a company needs to manufacture and decide if roll forming is the best process for the part. Roll forming has many advantages compared to the other manufacturing processes. If you are stamping, press braking, or extruding, roll forming may offer a better solution to your needs. Adding value added features to the roll forming process can also reduce labor cost and create a profitable solution. Find the ways to look at part requests and determine if roll forming is the right process for you. These skills will be reviewed and explained.

Increasing Value to Your Roll Forming Lines with In-line Punching and Cutoff Dies
We will talk about how to change your current roll forming lines from just cutting off parts to increased value by adding punching to the attendees roll forming lines. We will discuss when to add punching, which locations in the roll forming line and what will give you the best tolerances.
