All sorts of big changes (going 1:1, new leadership, wholesale changes to the schedule, etc.) can create major stresses on a team, and often there isn't nearly enough discussion of how to get the team ready for exploring productively the what, why, and how. More than just helping teachers shift gears, though, a big change is an opportunity to build staff morale and use the momentum for meaningful school improvement. Join this session for tips and techniques that proved highly successful for the presenter at a San Francisco Bay Area high school.
