Visionary leadership, rooted in innovative thinking, is the essence of what it means to lead learning in today’s school systems. The ability to create and lead a culture of innovation to meet the needs of all learners requires skill sets that transcend the traditional roles of superintendents, principals, and teachers. Participants in this highly interactive and collaborative workshop examine the meanings of culture and innovation and share their own unique perspectives. Five essential skills required for all school leaders, regardless of their current roles, will be reviewed and analyzed. During the workshop each participant completes an individual communications-style assessment.
