This workshop will help leaders who are struggling to design, launch, and scale blended and personalized learning initiatives across a school or district. This workshop will break down Highlander Institute’s Pathway to Personalization Framework, which is a linear process for determining readiness, creating a vision for pilots, launching pilots, evaluating pilots through continuous improvement, and then scaling best practices. Session participants will begin their own design and implementation process during this workshop, leading to a targeted plan and next steps that can be taken back to their school or district. This session will follow the work of our newly released book, and provide tools and resources necessary to implement this work in an ongoing capacity.
