C208 | Creativity and Collaboration: Supporting K-12 STEAM Teacher Leaders (Room 208)

Are you looking for ways to support and sustain STEAM teacher leaders in your district, or engage your teachers in technology professional development that is meaningful and collaborative? This presentation will provide a roadmap to design and implement a multidisciplinary approach to technology integration and innovation in STEAM while utilizing digital tools to support teacher success. This presentation will provide participants with models and a case study that demonstrates the successful implementation of STEAM professional development techniques. The incorporation of a scaffolded approach in the development and implementation of STEAM teacher leaders' professional development plans will be described.
