This 2-hour course will emphasize how important it is to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to employees. Companies cannot grow with the owner controlling all of the decisions, and yet, most owners don’t know how to delegate successfully. To eliminate the fear of failure, business owners must learn the step-by-step process for identifying tasks to delegate, choosing the right person to take over the responsibility, monitoring progress and coaching for success. The session will start with a discussion around why this skill is so essential to successful companies. Then, we will work through each step to develop a process through which responsibilities are happily accepted, work done well, and the company thrives as a result.
