In this session, you’ll gain insights into its business drivers for recreating the onboarding experience, shifting the governance and ownership of the onboarding process to HR shared services, the partnership between HR and IT in adopting ServiceNow in concert with Workday to digitize all pre-boarding workflows across people and functions, as well as ensuring all new hires are successful before and after they join.
