Sometimes cities don't always realize how much investment they have in their streets and, too often, how little budget is provided to address these needs. This presentation will provide information to cities on the need to develop and maintain a strong preservation program to preserve their asphalt pavements. It will touch base on some of the challenges and ways to overcome those challenges. It will cover several processes that need to be in their "toolbox" to help them develop a strong preservation program.
