On February 18, 2001, Robert Philip Hanssen was arrested and charged with committing espionage on behalf of the intelligence services of the former Soviet Union and its successors. Hanssen is considered the most damaging spy in FBI history. This presentation covers the investigative operation to collect the necessary evidence against him once it was known he was the mole.
