Has the pandemic undone our gender equality progress? Research has shown that women in the global workforce were disproportionately hit by the pandemic. According to estimates, women assumed 17% extra childcare and domestic responsibilities. This “open mic” session will examine the fundamental shifts in work; how data can unlock a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture; and the pivotal role HR plays in helping women regain their footing and influence even when working remotely in this new world of work.
