Safety excellence is rooted in a robust safety culture. It’s about behavior, philosophy and attitude – from the boardroom to the front lines. In this PDS, we’ll discuss why safety is not a priority; it is a non-negotiable core value. We’ll teach the core principles required to build a healthy safety culture. Then, participants will discuss how to apply these principles to address the challenges and opportunities in their organizations. The PDS will focus heavily on actionable take a ways that participants can use immediately in their operations.
