When we help employees make safety a personal value, they’re more likely to make the safest choice – even when no one is watching. In this session, you’ll learn to give employees their own personal “why” to perform their duties in the safest way possible. You’ll gain skills to help employees deal with everyday distractions, refocus when they’ve been distracted and always use the appropriate personal protective equipment.
