Because the converter has a strong dephosphorization ability, the phosphorus content at the end of the converter blowing can generally be controlled stably below 0.01%. For high-phosphorus steel grades, it is necessary to re-add ferro-phosphorus to increase the phosphorus content of the molten steel, resulting in a waste of resources. Combining the principle of converter dephosphorization, slag content with low basicity, high MgO, and low FeO operation are realized at the end of the converter blowing, and the control effect that the phosphorus content at the end of the converter blowing reaches more than 0.025% is achieved.
