Facilitating the Integration of Machine Learning Into Condition Monitoring Systems Using DataXpert (Room 315)

Machine learning is a key technology for several problem cases of modern expert systems, e.g., pattern detection, signal forecasting or image processing. The integration of machine learning models in expert systems requires knowledge from diverse profiles and thus a lot of cross-organizational coordination. This makes such integration slow and error prone in practice. DataXpert is a development platform that allows a direct development of the expert system by the process experts. This paper will show how DataXpert facilitates the deployment of machine learning models by managing data access and model execution for the process expert and include examples of condition monitoring applications.
