Educational Leadership: Leading with Purpose
Educational leaders and special education professionals often find themselves overwhelmed by the never-ending demands of their roles, leading to stress, burnout, and diminished impact. This interactive session offers a transformative Full Focus Planning approach, helping special education leaders shift from the reactive hustle culture to a proactive, strategic model of leadership that maximizes impact while preserving well-being. Using the Freedom Compass Model, participants will learn to prioritize tasks in their “Desire Zone”—where passion and proficiency intersect—while delegating or eliminating tasks in the “Drudgery Zone.” Attendees will also explore high-impact goal-setting strategies, develop resilient weekly planning structures, and integrate time renewal practices to sustain long-term effectiveness. This session provides actionable strategies that allow educational leaders and support staff to make significant contributions while achieving work-life balance. Participants will leave equipped with practical tools to implement immediately, ensuring they can lead effectively without sacrificing their health and well-being.
