ADM Daryl Caudle, the 34th Chief of Naval Operations, recently unveiled the United States Navy Fighting Instructions, the Navy’s newest strategic guidance to the Fleet. The Fighting Instructions establish a transformational framework to guide Navy investments, strategic priorities, and policy decisions, resulting in repeatable and tailorable processes that produce a Navy that is agile, lethal, and responsive changes in the global security environment.
