Despite increased challenges, the Marine Corps continues to achieve its recruiting goals. As the pool of qualified applicants continues to shrink, and societal perceptions and behaviors are at odds - intangibles still resonate with the current generation. In FY25, Marine Recruiters accomplished the assigned recruiting mission, while maintaining the Marine Corps’ high-quality standards. The Marine Corps currently has more than 4,000 Marine Recruiters serving in every community of our Nation, inspiring people to serve. Our Marines maintain the highest standards Americans expect of their Marine Corps, and they are more confident, focused, and determined to overcome continued challenges and accomplish the mission in FY26.
