Occupational exoskeletons can strengthen your ergonomics program when they’re matched to the right tasks, fitted correctly and managed with clear procedures. From concept to pilot to program, this workshop provides a practical roadmap grounded in human factors and real field results. We’ll clarify when passive and powered systems make sense, how assistance profiles relate to posture and force demands, and how to estimate impact using tools like Exo LiFFT. You’ll learn to select pilot jobs with a high likelihood of success, define measurable goals and quantify outcomes using indicators that leadership understands. We’ll also cover worker engagement and union input, privacy and ethics, voluntary use, and more. Fitment, training, hygiene and maintenance will be translated into simple checklists and standard work.
