Led by two principals from high-performing Wisconsin schools, this session highlights proven approaches in intentional hiring, PLC structures, tiered intervention systems, instructional consistency, culture building, student leadership and progress monitoring. Participants will explore how small, strategic shifts in systems and leadership practices can lead to significant gains in outcomes for students and staff. Through authentic examples, leadership tools, and actionable takeaways, attendees will leave with replicable ideas and an implementation mindset to strengthen culture, improve instruction and drive sustainable PK–12 success in their own schools and districts.
