Attendees will gain insight into how all five La Crosse County school board leaders are collaborating to strengthen student outcomes through shared purpose and collective impact. This session highlights how board presidents are unifying around what’s best for students by exchanging best practices and working through common challenges together. One example includes a collective countywide effort to ensure voucher payments are clearly reflected on property tax bills, supporting greater transparency for residents. Participants will hear how this peer network is helping board presidents enhance their effectiveness, deepen collaboration and navigate complex issues with greater confidence. Attendees will discover how practical strategies can positively influence their own boards, districts, students and communities by learning from neighboring districts. The session offers an inspiring look at how regional partnership can drive meaningful, student‑focused progress and success.
