Manufacturing employers increasingly demand technicians who are safety-minded, quality-driven, and prepared for advanced production environments. The MSSC Certified Production Technician (CPT) 4.0+ credential system provides a nationally portable, industry-recognized pathway to help instructors train and validate workforce readiness. In this session, participants will receive an overview of the CPT 4.0+ training and credentialing system, including key tools, curriculum resources, and proven instructional tips from an MSSC Master Trainer. The session is designed to build instructor confidence and provide practical guidance for successfully completing MSSC’s complimentary self-paced CPT 4.0 Online Instructor Training Package. Participants will walk away with clear next steps, implementation strategies, and a roadmap for using CPT 4.0+ as a high-impact credentialing solution in their program. NOTE: In-person instructor attendees will receive access to MSSC’s complimentary instructor training package, including 180-day e-learning access and structured teaching resources.
