In this opening keynote, the Honorable Katherine “Katie” E. Sutton, Assistant Secretary of War for Cyber Policy and Principal Cyber Advisor to the Secretary of War, will map the Department of War’s complex cyber enterprise, clarifying the distinct roles and responsibilities of its key stakeholders.
