Keynote: Operationalizing the Cyber Advantage: Integrating Cyber Capability Across the Joint Force (Room Primary Stage, Hall D)

Dominating the digital battlespace with agility, speed, and precision requires more than advanced technology— it requires a bold, coordinated approach to how we execute the cyber mission. In this opening keynote, the Honorable Katherine “Katie” E. Sutton, Assistant Secretary of War for Cyber Policy and Principal Cyber Advisor to the Secretary of War, will map the Department of War’s complex cyber enterprise, clarifying the distinct roles and responsibilities of its key stakeholders. This address will also outline the Department’s current core strategic priorities, focusing on the imperative to integrate cyber capabilities across all warfighting domains and to proactively secure our strategic advantage.

To meet this defining challenge, Honorable Sutton will call upon industry to move beyond isolated solutions and forge the seamlessly interoperable technologies required to strengthen our operational partnerships and ensure the Department remains fully prepared for the complexities of the modern battlespace.
