While other panels focus solely on the architectures and technologies of the future fight, this panel provides the essential perspective of Senior Enlisted Leaders who are responsible for forging the warfighters that must operate in, with and through them. The discussion will move beyond buzzwords to focus on ground-truth realities of leading the communications and cyber force in an era of constant contact. They will discuss how they are developing the next-gen warfighter and the culture required to win on a battlefield where the network itself is the primary weapon system and "cyber readiness" equals mission readiness. Discussion will also encompass technology, and training requirements needed to achieve cyber domain mastery.
