Public Affairs Transformation – Employing Public Affairs and Visual Information Capabilities (Room Cumming)

Information, the rapid capture, development and consumption of it, has never been more prevalent in our world. U.S. Army Public Affairs and Visual Information are critical capabilities for ensuring timely delivery of information to the right audience.  

In this presentation, we will provide an overview of the largest transformation of the Public Affairs career field in over 40 years. The development of a more agile and rapidly deployable force with the ability to provide information at a velocity and volume that outpaces our adversaries and competitors to support commander decision making and the National narrative in all strategic contexts; competition, crisis, and armed conflict. We will share current state of our transformation and what challenges we still face.
