The first order of effective management is delegation. The most successful leaders accomplish more by doing less by themselves. Overcoming the "one-person show" mindset and passing on duties to team members leads to freeing valuable time, fostering team growth and improving organizational efficiency. Thus, we should constantly ask ourselves, “What can be delegated and what can’t?” and “What’s our best delegation strategy?
