Rural American loans and grants have been in the news lately, and the challenges the financial system faces in acting as a bank on these loans have been consistently highlighted. This session will explore what USDA and its partners are doing to address challenges, implement AI platforms and close the gap between commercial bank data and Rural Development federal bank data, all in service to achieving USDA's goal of developing a new loan accounting and servicing system.
