This presentation will help introduce RCDDs and infrastructure designers to the National Electrical Code, Authority Having Jurisdictions, and Responsible Charge as more low voltage systems are being required to be under a professional engineering license and stamp to comply with codes rather than standards. The presentation will also discuss the advancements of data center power distribution systems from low power AC classifications to new technologies such as Fault Managed Power Class 4 systems using high power DC classifications to show how to change the system and voltage type to handle the growing power needs of data center densification as AI continues to grow in all market verticals.
