Fiber rollout success is no longer won by strategy alone. It is won through execution. In this session, we will show how operators, EPCs, and contractors can accelerate deployment by digitizing the entire rollout lifecycle, from planning and permitting to construction, handover, and activation. By combining CAD and GIS in one unified environment, project teams can create a seamless end-to-end workflow for outside plant delivery. This enables faster permitting, fewer handoff errors, stronger cross-team coordination, and full transparency from design to as-built reality. Drawing on real-world deployment experience, we will demonstrate how mobile-first workflows, LiDAR-enabled 3D capture, and process automation reduce rework, improve subcontractor oversight, strengthen audit readiness, and accelerate time to revenue. These same principles also set a stronger standard for in-building fiber delivery through digital twins, intelligent workflows, and AI-supported quality assurance.
