Governing the Enterprise SI Ecosystem: Compliance, Observability, and the Economics of Scale (Room Nautilus II)

27 Oct 26
1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Tracks: Breakout Sessions, Continuing Education

Public sector agencies are under mounting pressure to prove that the Super Intelligence (SI) systems they deploy are compliant, cost-controlled, and, safe continuously, not just at audit time. Shadow AI adoption, evolving regulation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, sector-specific rules), and unbounded model spend have made ad hoc governance untenable. This session presents SI Watchtower, a unified AI governance and security platform built to answer that pressure directly.

Over the first thirty minutes, our CTO for Public Sector Darin Stevenson and Chief Revenue Officer Kelly Jenne will walk through three pillars that matter most to government technology leaders: SI governance and compliance automation across frameworks such as SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and emerging NIST CSF 2.0 maturity assessments; observability and evaluation, covering how organizations can continuously measure model quality, drift, and risk in production; and tokenomics, the discipline of attributing, forecasting, and controlling SI spend at the token and per-team level so that cost never outruns oversight.

The presentation will then move into a live twenty-minute demonstration of the Watchtower platform, showing real workflows across inventory and discovery, risk scoring, guardrail enforcement, and cost optimization. The session closes with ten minutes reserved for audience questions, giving attendees the opportunity to probe the platform's applicability to their own agency's compliance posture, budget constraints, and integration landscape.

Key Themes

SI Governance & Compliance

  • Multi-factor risk scoring from Org → Team → Application, with 30/60/90-day trend forecasting

  • Automated evidence collection across SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001, with a hash-chained immutable audit trail

  • An in-flight NIST CSF 2.0 maturity assessment engine, including SI-assisted transcript scoring with full citation back to source material

Observability & Evaluation

  • Golden-dataset evaluation across groundedness, fluency, coherence, relevancy, and risk metrics

  • Runtime guardrails covering all nine Gartner-defined categories across 15 detectors at sub-500ms latency

  • Predictive analytics with multiple forecasting models and proactive quality and drift alerts

Tokenomics

  • Per-trace and per-model cost analytics with budget thresholds and automated alerts

  • Five ROI methodologies with a portfolio-level view of SI spend versus value delivered

  • A cost optimization agent that recommends model switches, prompt optimization, and usage reduction, with Monte Carlo savings projections
