The Department of War currently operates over 30 duplicative Learning Management Systems, creating high costs, fragmented training records, and a strategic readiness gap. To address this, the DoW CIO and OUSW(P&R), in partnership with Service representatives, have chartered a joint Tiger Team to execute a DCR-mandated consolidation of these systems onto a single enterprise platform. This session will cover the business case, governance, and proposed implementation plan developed by this joint effort. Join us for a deep dive into how this enterprise solution will establish a single authoritative training record for the Total Force and, most critically, deliver an inherent DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce qualification reporting capability, eliminating manual reporting and providing commanders with a real-time view of their cyber readiness.
