To outpace adversaries and deliver decision superiority in the Pacific, the Department of War must acquire and field functionally relevant capabilities at the speed of mission. The Defense Information Systems Agency has improved processes for rapid capability delivery — partnering closely with industry, including small businesses, to support continuous modernization, campaigning, and establishing lethality. This session provides an insider’s guide tailored specifically for small businesses new to working with the DISA. Attendees will learn who DISA is, what capabilities they procure to enable joint warfighter operations, and how the procurement process works. The session will deliver exclusive insights into DISA’s acquisition forecast, the Acquisition Decision Document, and practical tips for successfully partnering with DISA.
