Gen Z is reshaping the hospitality workforce, and challenging leaders to rethink how they attract, retain, motivate and develop talent. Drawing on research, industry insights and real-world leadership experience, I’ll explore what this generation expects from work, where leaders are getting stuck, and how to build high-performing multigenerational teams.
This keynote would tackle some of the very real tensions leaders are experiencing today: evolving expectations around work, communication and feedback, purpose versus performance, accountability, belonging, development and the changing relationship between employees and employers.
The goal isn’t to teach leaders how to accommodate Gen Z. It’s to help them understand what has fundamentally changed, and give them practical strategies to attract great people, develop the next generation of leaders and create cultures where multiple generations can perform at their best.
