The last decade was full of very challenging years for the pool and spa industry. 2027 does not appear to be any different. How should a business look at the coming season? This session will look at multiple factors affecting our businesses, not from the perspective of an economist but from that of a seasoned fellow small-business owner. A common-sense, ground-level examination of the competition and the customer will provide insight as to how to ignore a depressing media and create the inroads for a successful and profitable year.
