Tony Crow worked at a coal-fired power plant in Texas for 26 years. But on Feb. 15, 2003, his life was changed forever when, in the blink of an eye, he was blinded for life. Tony stresses the importance of communication, wearing proper personal protective equipment, and not taking risks or shortcuts. He’ll challenge you to make a personal commitment to safety and speak up when you see co-workers engaging in unsafe behaviors. He relays the importance of training, leadership and working together as a team to ensure the safety of every employee. You’ll walk away with a renewed commitment to safety at work, home and play.
