This session provides an introduction to the 5 Why's, a root cause analysis tool. Used alone or part of a larger quality assurance program, the 5 Why's can help you problem solve and troubleshoot an issue, and help get to the root cause. During the session, attendees will breakout into groups for a hands on exercise. At the end of the session, the attendees should be comfortable using the 5 Why’s tool in their daily routine.
