The U.S. International Trade Commission is a quasi-judicial federal agency with broad investigative responsibilities on matters of trade. This session will provide an overview of the functions of the agency and will provide an in-depth look at the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule and the upcoming second round of Miscellaneous Tariff Bill petition process.
