Sharing new evidence and tools with busy bedside clinicians is a challenge. While motivated to provide excellent care for improved patient outcomes, most staff find themselves distracted by the alarms, calls and demands of the day to give their full attention to an inservice, flyer or demonstration. The literature points to nearly two decades for research to reach provider routine. This session will discuss options for knowledge transfer (KT) for today's specialty nurse.
